Amanda Daniels, Head Coach at Denison University, Columbus, OH
Amanda Daniels is in her fourth year at Denison University. In just three seasons, Daniels had lead the Big Red to three-straight NCAA Tournament appearances and two North Coast Athletic Conference championships. This past season, the Big Red finished with a record of 16-3 boosting Daniels overall record to 37-18 (.673). Before Denison University, Amanda Daniels was head coach at Morrisville State (N.Y.) where she posted a record of 41-41. Conference Coach of the Year: 2016

Rachel Dell, Head Coach at John Carroll University, Cleveland, OH-Will filled in for the summer of 2017 and we will look to add her back into the rotation going forward.

Dell, who holds undergraduate degrees in French and English from St. Bonaventure University, completed her master’s degree in Education from Elmira College in June 2007.

Maddie Coleman, Assistant at Head Coach, Denison University, Columbus OH
Maddie Coleman has been with the assistant coach for the Denison University squad for three seasons. In Coleman’s three seasons at Denison, she has help assist head coach, Amanda Daniels, lead the Big Red to back-to-back North Coast Athletic Conference Tournament championships and three-straight NCAA Division III Tournament appearances. Before Denison University, Coleman was a girl’s lacrosse coach and sports assistant at Glenalmond College in Perth, Scotland.
Coleman was also the assistant lacrosse coach for the U19 Scotland National team while touring in Canada during the 2013 FIL Women’s Lacrosse World Cup.

Steve Wagner: Head Coach at The College at Brockport, Brockport, NY
Steve Wagner has been working with Midwestern Force since its infant stages, but in the last two years has stepped into a larger role as one of the clubs developmental coaches and Head Coach of all Travel Teams.
Coach Steve Wagner is the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at The College at Brockport. The 2016 season, was one of Wagner’s most successful seasons so far in his coaching career. The Golden Eagles finished No. 9 in the final 2016 IWLCA ranking, the highest it has been since he has been there. Wagner also led his team to his first ever NCAA Tournament appearance. Coach Wagner also picked up the 2016 SUNYAC Coach of the Year. Steve has gathered SUNY Coach of the Year for both 2016 and 2017.
Before The College at Brockport, Steve Wagner has been at all three divisions – The University of Connecticut (assistant), St. Bonaventure’s University(assistant), Gannon University(head coach), and Benedictine University(head coach).

Erin Growney: Assistant Coach at Ithaca College, Ithaca, N.Y.
Erin Growney just finished her first season at Ithaca College. The Bombers finished with a record of 14-6 facing four of the top teams in the country for the 2015-2016 season. Growney helped lead the Bombers to a NCAA Tournament appearance where they faced Trinity College this past season.
Before joining the Ithaca Bombers staff, Growney was the assistant coach at The College at Brockport. At The College at Brockport, Coach Growney was in charge of working with the defense, recruiting/scouting coordinator and alumni relations contact. In the 2015 season, Growney helped lead one of the players to SUNYAC Defender of the Year.

2019 Gray-We Welcome, Jennifer Perry, Assistant Head Coach, John Carroll University, Cleveland, OH
Perry graduated from James Madison University in the spring of 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science.
She was a four-year starting midfielder for JMU, and played on the 2013 WCLA Division II National Championship team. She was named the Most Outstanding Player – Midfield in that victory.
Perry also serves as the President and Treasurer of the Mid-Atlantic Women’s Lacrosse league, which includes over 40 WCLA teams on the East Coast.
She graduated with her Master of Arts in Nonprofit Administration from John Carroll in 2017.

Mary Schwartz: Head Coach at Roanoke College, Roanoke, VA
Mary Schwartz just finished her 12th season as head coach at Roanoke College in Roanoke, VA. This past season, the Maroons faced some of the toughest teams in Division III leaving them with a record of 9-8 moving Schwartz’s overall record to 123-87. Coach Schwartz is the program’s all-time leader for career wins at Roanoke College. As of 2016, she is currently serving her second year as a NCAA Division III At Large Representative for the IWLCA Board of Directors.
Prior to Roanoke College, Schwartz was the head women’s lacrosse coach at Davidson University, a Division I institution in Davidson, N.C from 1996-2003.

Kristin Ramey: Head Coach at McDaniel College, Baltimore, MD
Kristin Ramey has been the head coach at McDaniel College for the past three seasons. For the three seasons that she has been in charge of the program, the Green Terror have posted a record of 26-28. While at McDaniel, Ramey has lead the Green Terrors to two ECAC tournament appearances and a Centennial Conference (CC) semifinal appearance in 2014.
Before coaching at McDaniel College, Coach Ramey she spent the previous two seasons as the head coach at Denison University, where she amassed a 28-8 record. While at Denison, Ramey led the Big Red to an NCAA tournament win in her initial appearance.

Randall Swope: Former Head Coach at Bucknell University, Lewisburg,PA, Director of Operations and Recruitment Support
Coach Swoop is the Head Coach at Bucknell. Randall (Goldsborough) Swope, a former standout player at the University of Maryland and with the U.S. National Team, is in the fifth year of her second stint as Bucknell’s head women’s lacrosse coach. Swope previously coached the Bison in 2003 and 2004, leading the team to .500 or better records and berths in the Patriot League Tournament both years, and she returned to the Bucknell sideline prior to the 2012 campaign.
In her first two seasons at Bucknell, Swope coached back-to-back Patriot League Offensive Players of the Year in Suzanne Raffaele and Meredith Wright, as well as a PL Defensive Player of the Year in goalie Nicole Kallis. The Bison finished 8-8 in 2003 and 8-7 in 2004, and in 2003 they defeated Colgate in the Patriot League Tournament semifinals to reach the championship game for the first time in program history. She has played in two World Cups and received both a Gold and Silver medal for those two events.
This past season at Bucknell. Bucknell had only four losses with three of them by a one gaol difference. They made an appearance in the first round of NCAA play

Kayla Minner: Assistant Head Coach, Winthrop University, Rock Hill, SC
Kyla Minner will be going into her first season at Winthrop University. Prior to accepting the job at Winthrop, Kayla was the assistant coach at Queens University since 2011. During her time at Queens, she helped the team reach the NCAA Tournament. She and her Head Coach, Julika Blakenship won both the regular-season and their conference Tournament titles to advance to NCAA Tournament berth.

Kristina Llanes: Head Coach, Mars Hill University
Kristina Llanes just finished her fourth season as head coach at Kennesaw State. Coach Llanes was introduced as the inaugural head coach on May 30, 2012. In her third season as head coach, the squad reached new heights winning five games and clinched the fifth seed in the Atlantic Sun Tournament by beating in-state rival Mercer 15-14 in the final game of the regular season. Recently accepted Head Coach of Mars Hill University just outside of Asheville, NC where she will bring them into their first season at the D2 level.
Prior to Kennesaw State, Coach Llanes spent time as head coach at Presbyterian College in Clinton, S.C for three seasons, SUNY Maritime College in Throggs Neck, NY for three seasons and one year as assistant coach at Averett University, in Danville, Va.
